Terms of service

Not yet written. PutWatch is in development and is not open to subscribers, so there is no agreement in force. Terms will be published — reviewed by a securities attorney, not drafted by the people who built the product — before anybody is charged.

What is already settled, and will not change in the drafting: PutWatch publishes research and educational material, it is not an investment adviser or a broker-dealer, and it does not and cannot place trades. Those commitments are described on the disclaimer page and are enforced in the software itself.
