Prices and data may be wrong or stale

Quotes, option chains, implied volatility, earnings dates and macroeconomic series come from third-party providers and are supplied as they are received. They may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. The credit shown against a pick is a mid price at the moment it was computed; your fill will differ, and in an illiquid contract it may differ substantially. Verify every figure at your broker before trading on it.

Past performance proves nothing

Where PutWatch shows a track record, it is the record of its own published candidates traded as standardized paper positions — not the record of any real account, and not what any subscriber achieved. Results labelled as backtested were produced by running the scoring model over historical data and were never traded at all. No past result, paper or backtested, indicates a future one.

What this software promises

No guaranteed return, income or win rate, anywhere, ever.
No claim that a scan will run. Data providers fail and markets close unexpectedly; a failed run is reported as a failure rather than hidden.
No claim that an exit alert will reach you in time. Alerts are computed from end-of-day and intraday marks, not continuously, and a position can move a long way between them.
